meet my requirements in a unique and artistic way. He was not hesitant to try new approaches and was
always willing to incorporate my ideas into the project.

Most recently, Mr Singhal completed an extensive renovation of my one-bedroom apartment. Quite
frankly, it was much more than a renovation at Mr Singhal's hand, it was literally a transformation. His
involvement including everything from selecting furniture, appliances, carpeting, light fixtures, blinds and
directing contractors to being gracious enough to assist me on a rather cold and blustery Sunday
afternoon in selecting bedding....and then installing it for me that same afternoon.
Mr Singhal has been exceptionally diligent in providing his services, often pro-actively making
suggestions, improvements, and providing alternatives, and quite often cost-effective alternatives. I
would say that his professional character and services typify the notion of the customer ALWAYS
coming first. In addition to his executional capabilities, even more impressive are his design skills....in
every aspect of creating a motif that suits one's desires, personality, and individual sensibilities.
